Parking Policies

Parking Policies for any lots owned by Krytus Inc, including 92 Chenango Street, and 327 Niagara Street

• Our lots are monitored only randomly. Please park at your own risk.

• If you see something that does not look proper (illegal activity, etc), please call John's cell phone. 

• Your parking permit tag should face outward on your windshield. If your parking tag expires, or your parking permit is displayed improperly, then you are in violation and should expect to get towed or ticketed (or both)- which you will be liable for.

• Parking rates are posted at 327 Niagara Street and subject to change.

• Monthly parking does not guarantee the availability of a space, although every effort will be made to accommodate parking.
