Pet Policy

Our Pet Policy is as follows:

• We allow pets in most of our apartments.

• In most cases, we will ask an additional $55/month as a pet fee

• Your dog must be well-behaved and not bark for no reason. If he/she does, then you will be asked to live elsewhere, and your lease will not be renewed the next month.

• Regarding cats—we used to not allow cats. Currently, it depends on the apartment. Female cats might be preferred.
