Pet Policy

Yes, we allow dogs!

The policy is as follows:

• It's a $1,000 REFUNDABLE Deposit, payable $50 per month (that's 20 months)

• Your dog must be well-behaved and not bark for no reason. If he/she does then you will be asked to live elsewhere and your lease will not be renewed the next month.

Regarding cats.

• They are not allowed.
